A Child Is Missing Alert Program is a nationwide non-profit organization (501 c 3) that
assists Law Enforcement Agencies in the search and early recovery of
missing children, the elderly (often with Alzheimer’s disease), on-campus
college students and disabled individuals in the first hours of their
disappearance by use of telephone alert calls. A Child Is Missing
can place 1,000 calls in 60 seconds to residents and businesses in the area in
which the missing individual was last seen.
Our program is free to law enforcement and is available nationwide 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
A Child Is Missing is a member of the United Nations (NGO) Non Governmental Organization.
We work with the US Marshal’s Service, FBI, Law Enforcement, State Law Enforcement agencies, Attorney Generals offices, Amber and Silver Alerts and other child safety groups.
The program has been used successfully since 1997. School Lock Downs, Child Abduction Response Team (CART) and other programs are available to law enforcement.
Over the years, ACIM has developed various programs, including the Child Safety Education Program, High Risk Youth Program, Teach the Teachers Program and a Sexual Predator Education Awareness Program. These programs have to be funded in order to be brought to your area. Learn more...
For many years, law enforcement along our northern borders have asked "when are you going into Canada?"
In order to accomplish this expansion we have to obtain funding from Canada or a Canadian Sponsor.
If you know or want to be that sponsor, who helps to find missing children, the elderly and others, please
let us know.
As of today, A Child Is Missing has run over X cases and launched over
X alert phone calls accross the United States.
